Vision

My vision is that we live in rhythm with our natural world, reawakening to our interconnectedness, and walking upon this Earth in ways that sustain life.

I see us humans growing in awareness of our needs, wants and desires, and being more skilled at communicating with others, listening to ourselves, and listening in to the wisdom from within and around us that offers support and guidance in our lives.

My Vision for Forest Immersion Walks:

I see adults and children engaging in nature connection. I see vast swathes of the population caring for the Earth in their own way and in ways that we as a community are learning and sharing with each other.

I hear the sounds of people mimicking bird calls, and hear the laughter and joy of people as they enjoy their surroundings in nature. I hear people singing songs with each other in celebration of the Earth.

I feel a deepened sense of connection with the land upon which I guide, a deepened sense of connection with the community with which I guide and for whom I guide. I feel a deepened sense of connection with the more than human world and build relationships with plants, animals, and birds, and insects and all living beings.

I open up a space for collaborations and sharings of skills, ideas and care for the Earth so that we can come together as groups to live in reverence with the Earth and to follow nature’s rhythm.

I feel a deep resonance with my work. I will feel a sense of joy and accomplishment to have brought together and created a community of like minded people with whom I can share this work, and we will learn and grow together.

I explore new ways of relating with the Earth and with each other, engaging in reciprocal relationships, valuing the Earth for all it provides, and valuing and acknowledging the contributions of all the collaborators and participants on the walks that I hold.
